My fiance was sentenced to 180 days shock probation. The judge told him that on his 4th month he would see him on a bench warrent and see how he has been doing in TDC. Well it's been almost 5 months. My fiance'is driving me crazy about finding out what is going on with his bench warrent and it is hard to find anything out because I am 170 miles away from his home town. How do I find this out or does anyone have ANYTHING to help me????

Call the court clerk for that judge - clerks know everything or know how to find out!

Usually the courts and the clerks can make heads or tails of stuff!
