Hello Everyone.... My boyfriend Jason has been @ Wasco sence the beginning of Dec <as some of you may know> He received 2 of my 20 letters finally so thanks for everyone who gave me advice. My question now is he was arrested in Chino for theft,then sent to West Valley, now Wasco. When he got sentanced he called and told me he got 2 years but will do half time....well his mom called Chino police dept. for a few a questions but they told her they showed on their records that he got a year and 4 months. Does anyone know why they would show that instead of 2 years? Thanks for any info you may have ;)

I'm not sure, but the Judge may have given him time served, if he was in jail during the time from arrest to sentencing. I could be completely wrong but it is the first thing that came to mind. Maybe someone will come along who knows for sure. Take Care and God Bless!
