Yes we have been talking on what he wants me to send him. It should be warm out so I'm sure its going to be shorts and T shirt. But yes that is exciting to have this nightmare end. I guess he said he is going to be sending his form home soon.

Yes isnt that exciting that your son is coming home soon. When I see him tomorrow I should find out more. We have given up on his counsulor taking him to committe to get him out early. He has had the paper work to do it but he is lazy and a lair so I will just count on May 2nd. At least at this count down I know he will be out no matter what.

Yes i'm mailing his dress outs Monday. I'm waiting for him to go to committe to see if he might be able to get out early. But not counting on that any more. But any how he has 5 weeks left. I did find out where and what time to pick him up when I went to visit him two weeks ago. We saw some inmates being released and it was so exciting to see and to know that I will be there soon to pick up my son. Funny today in the mail I got a letter from my son for his shopping list for the next quarter. Just coffee, sugar, and cream. Don't need to much when your coming home soon. We have been talking about where he wants to eat when he gets out. His mind changes every minute. I guess he will make his mind up in the car. The next time I see my son he will be a free man. wahoo!

i'm soooo HAPPY for you an your family, laura! i know its got to be so exciting! my man will have about 5 months left after your son gets out! i know it will go fast it has too! but sitting in there it really seems to drag at least when i'd be waiting to parole.

My son and I both were wondering how they lost him. They gave him a job and has to check out when he leaves to go so I have no idea. But I guess they weren't to concern because they were looking for him at 7:30 am and he gets out of work at 12:30 pm. So during that time they had no idea where he was at until he went to see his counlser at 1 pm to tell him that he was at work. They are a piece of work. The only people who write back to me is the Corcoran people. It seems like there isn't people from Donavon who write much. So I'm very happy to have you guys for friends.

i don't know about these places. but, yes as impossible as it seems they do seem to lose people. what it is , is that the co's sit on their rears for what seems forever an talking amonst each other or on the phone, not, really paying attention to who's coming or going or whatever seems to be going on. then when something happens or goes down, its like, wow! how'd that happen? i've seen these people first hand an they have lost me too! when the whole time i was right under their noses! yet, i'm the one who went to ad-seg for an attempted escape! but, in the end they found out it was their mistake. of course i lost all my lil contraband that i manage to get. an believe me what lil stuff you canseem to get means alot.. so its no surprise to me. i hope all goes well for him laura. let me know, ok?

Dress outs are in the mail. Wow its not going to be much longer. It seem weird to go into his clothes. He told me the other day to drive out of there as fast as I could. He wants to get as far away from that place and he can. Which I guess I would want that too.

Hopefully when he gets out he will stay off the drugs. I'm hoping that my son will too. But I don't believe drugs was his bestest problem it was him being dumb. And to do what ever he could to make this tramp happy. I hope she has moved away and never is back in our lives again. He was so in love with her he couldn't see her using him. Even his friends were telling him. But I guess love is blind.

Wow I just check the tracking on my sons clothes they are ready got there today at 10:53 am today. We just mailed it out Monday. I hope we have better luck than budsmom. But Corcoran R&R department isn't that great. Hopefully at Donavon its better.

So exciting to hear that his "Dress Outs" are there. Love that mail receipt; one less stress. The days are rapidly clicking away for you and that means mine are too.:D I never thought I would enjoy watching time go by so fast. It just proves that everything is relative. Kevin called last night; still no word from the committee meeting. I sent his quarterly package but I do not know if he will still be there to receive it. He is hoping to get it before he leaves so he can give it to a guy there that has nothing. So sad to hear when they have no family support, no mail and no extra food. I will be so glad when we have our sons home again and I pray we will never have to spend another minute in this system.

Be there early. I was told that he was going to be released between 7:30 and 9:30. Guess what it was 6:55 am and missed him. They took him to the bus station to get him. I got there a little before 7:30. They pull into the parking lot and if your ride isn't there then you go off to the bus station. No waiting for your rides. Everything worked out good so no beef with me. He is home now and that is all that matters.
