Sorry, I keep thinking of questions this morning. How likely is someone to make parole when they have detainers waiting on them and when they also have been in prison twice before? They are all from different states than Arkansas though, so, this is his first and only time he should be in prison in Arkansas. I'm just curious as to whether or not he's likely to make it out on his first try at parole.

as far as i know they dont look at the other states just their behavior in the arkansas prison system( write ups, attitude, and what they have done to better themselves). but im not real for sure this is all second hand info from someone who has been on the inside.
