In Brickey's, is there any way to talk on the phone without collect calls. For example, can they buy phone cards in there or prepay a phone account? If so, how much cheaper is that?

My fiance was never at Brickey's, but I'm pretty sure that all of the Arkansas state prisons are the same and inmates are not allowed prepaid phone cards.
