hello everyone i need help, my fiancee was FINALLY mainlined to
lancaster, i sent in my visiting application,the first time it was denied
and this second time, well we still dont know what happened he hasn't heard anything about it and i keep calling the prison but haven't had any luck all i get is mailboxes and no one from visiting has returned my calls
what can i do or who else can i call PLEASE HELP ME....
it has been over a month can it be that is still not proccessed?
any info helps thank you

I don't know specifically about Lancaster, but I sent my application to DVI-Tracy on February 4th and still have not gotten approval or denial. There is a visiting hotline number 800-374-8474, you will need to know the area code for Lancaster which I believe is 661. I called DVI directly and there is a recorded message with the visiting officer's extension number. I haven't called yet but will call today and ask if they can confirm that they have at least received my application. I'm praying that a nice person will answer and maybe, maybe, also tell me the status of my approval. So maybe you could get the visiting officer's or visiting sergeant's number from the main Lancaster number which is 661-729-2000. They say that you have to get notification from the inmate but I think it's worth a try. Good luck! (In case you don't already know this - the website for Calif Dept of Corrections is cya.ca.gov.)

Have you asked to Speak to the Visiting Sarg, or Lt? It has been awhile since my husband was there so I dont remember names, but I think you should just keep calling one of those two and wait till they answer.

Hello to all.....I am writing to ask all of you of any information that any of you can give me about California State Prison, Los Angeles County (LAC) cause my fiance is being transfered there sometime this week and will be there til November so any information about (visiting, what is able to be sent to them etc etc)it would be greatly appreciated feel free to comment on here and I will just read up on it or message me.....Thankyou to all that are taking the time to read this.....
