boyfriend on probation in KY for child support moved to greenville ohio supposedly transfered probation to here, the number the police station gave him was for PAROLE Officer not PROBATION, he done the paper work etc for a parole officer and supposedly had stuff transfered to here, but he found out after being locked up for 5 days from running from this parole officer that he was supposed to go to the court house and speak with a Probation officer not PAROLE! The city is holding him for a PV, but since he isnt on parole and has never spoken with a probation officer should they still be allowed to hold him?! What about charging him with this PV?? This is the parole officers fault, he accepted him into ohio under faulse information or something!!! How do I go about fixing this?!?
