Does anyone have a direct number to visiting processing where I can speak to a live person?

Various phone numbers and contacts for ISP:

Main Number- (760) 921-3000
Mailroom- main number, then dial extension 6818
Visiting Department - call the main number, then press option 1

***You can also dial the main number and press 0 to speak with an operator. Then ask to be transferred to a specific department.***

Main Number- (760) 922-5300

A recording will tell you to press 1 for more options, then:

Press 1 for questions regarding mail or visitation
Press 2 for Personnel
Press 3 for Business Services
Press 4 for Administration
Press 5 for Inmate Records (to speak with an inmate's counselor

The info listed in Nikki's post if for Ironwood. Didn't you mention that your man was being moved to Chuckawalla? That info can be found in the guide.

Yes I did read all the information listed in the visiting guide here @ PTO however Chuckawalla no longer has a operator so when you call all you get is a recorded message that is why I need a direct extension to visitor processing.

I didn't list the extension in the guide because there is an option for "visting" when you call the main number. The Main Number is: (760) 922-5300. Press option 1 for visiting. If you get an answering machine, leave a message. Someone will return your call. Make sure you say your name, the inmates name, his CDC #, housing assignment, and a number for them to reach you.
