hi ladys I HAVE A QUESTION MY HUSBAND WAS PUT IN HOT DORM FOR THIRTY DAYS AND THAT ARE UP AND THAT WILL NOT LET HIM HAVE PHONE CALL,VISIT,STORE SO WHAT AM I TO DO.HE WANT ME TO CALL THE WARDEN.OYEH HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THAT MOVE HIM OUT THAT DORM."HELP IT'S BEEN TO LONG."

If he was told he was put in there for 30 days and the 30 days are up and he has not been moved, then yes, I would call the warden's office and ask why.

Now, I will tell you that I do know that officers there tend to throw them in the "hot dorm" and tell them they'll stay there until they feel like moving them out.

But if he has it ON PAPER that it's 30 days - then they need to move him out and if you call and ask why he's not been moved when the 30 days are up that will probably light a fire under them.

If he doesn't have anything about the 30 days on paper you may be out of luck but a call won't hurt and might make them go ahead and do it.

Thanks Lysbeth I Did Just That These Morning And That Said He Will Be Move These Week Some Time,but I Will Call Again If I Had Not Heard From Him On To Night.i'm Gone To Call Every Day That Don't Let Him Out.

Good deal. Yeah, it's unfortunate, Easterling has its own set of rules about everything and they don't play by the DOC guidelines most of the time. Mosley runs that place like a kindergarten, even with a "time out" (the hot dorm). I have a list of things two miles long of stuff that virtually all the other facilities do or don't that Easterling does just the opposite. It's no wonder Easterling is the laughing stock of the ADOC to inmates and DOC employees alike...
