Hi Windy, and Welcome to PTO.

I don't know of a any website that lists specifically military inmates, but you may want to check out the penpal forums on PTO and there is penpal sites that advertise with PTO. Keep an eye on the advertisement banners on our site as well.

Solicitation for penpals is strictly prohibited in Military Prisons. Penpal mail sent to a Military Inmate will result in disciplinary action and privilege suspensions. Do not write to a military inmate unless you are on thier approved mailing list. Additionally, do not try to circumvent the system. There are poeple trained specifically to read incoming and outgoing mail and detect these types of things.
