Which company have you used to send quarterly and/or special packages to Mule Creek? Would you recomend them? How was there service?

I used Union Supply for both this quarter. When placing the quarterly packeage online I was able to select a walkman. This is not allowed in the quarterly package so when it got to the prison they removed it and sent it back to Union Supply. Once I called them and made them aware of the situation they were very helpful and have since remedied the situation. They are mailing it back to him as a Special Package. So even though there were problems they fixed them. I would us them again.

I have used Union Supply. They are the ones that LIED to me about the tennis shoes. Plus I mailed the money order and form to them and it took TWO WEEKS for them to process it. So they are good for nothing.

I have used Access. We usually prefer this coz of the food selections. Like I mentioned before, they have the chorizo that my man loves. Also they have a bigger selection of food and they have the bath & shower powder that he likes.

I have used Packages R Us. A little bit more pricey. But the are FAST!!! Also the food selection is ok. The snacks are good but the food itself not as good as access. Plus they have stuff such as universal charger that the other guys dont carry.
