I don't know if anyone can help but I am trying to locate the docket of my friends cousin that is in Los Angeles County Jail with a felony charge. I've been able to find his next court date and the case number but I don't know where to go to find his docket. I have a PACER membership but I can only find dockets for Federal Criminal cases on there. I'm more familar with the Feds than the State or County level courts.

I'm beginning to think that it's not so easy to get the dockets from Los Angeles County but just want to make sure before I tell my friend "sorry, I can't find it", so here I am hoping someone in my PTO family can help. Thanks!!

Smile!

Call the Clerk of the Court where he will be appearing.

criminal records are open to the public, since LA county is HUGE i would call ahead to find out their procedure. You can have copies made of anything that is not confidential, of course there is a fee, it varies from county to county.
