Hi, everyone I got a call from my love one last night. He mention that he is in the process of being moved to another facility? I would like to know if there is anyone else going through this. My love one is at Cascade yard. I claims he is fine and no problems so why would they move him. He arrive at CCC in 09/05 his release date is 04/28/07. Please any info would help:confused: :idea:

My husband is moving to salinas valley any day. He went in on 12/04 and his release date is 7/02/07. So i am thinking that since he only has about a year left they are moving him closer to home.:D

When did he mention his move? Will he be closer to you?

Wow Mallogrrl, that would be cool, if the move is closer to you. I will ask my ex when he calls on Sat, since they are on the same yard. His release is in Apr 2007 also. When did he tell you the move will happen?

He did not say when but that he was just waiting so I guess any day now. Does your man call you once a week? My love one calls me once a week:( That is not enough but is better than nothing. Ask your ex if he heard anything about inmate moving. Thanks I would appreciate much

Don't get me wrong he gave me my son. But I was a door mat before he was arrested. And like I said in another post. He acts different when he is on the streets and when he is locked up. I been through this before. The things I do know I do to keep communication for him and my son.

He called a couple of hours ago to inform me that my visiting form was approved. And I asked him and he act like I was asking him something foreign. lol. He said that people move all the time for no apparent reason. Either to go to fire camp or just move somewhere else. But he hasn't been told anything. Since we are approved I will try and drive up there the in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully your man gets moved closer to you.

I wish they would move my husband....First they said they were going to, and then they told him No, he makes a year in May..Dont they have to grant a request for a transfer then??? Anywhere but there would be closer to home..He gets out 6/07...:( I cant drive up there for a while because i work.. :cry: :cry: :cry:

They moved mine FROM DVI in Tracy (about 25 minutes away) to CCC about a 6 hour drive... But I'd rather make the 6 hr. drive and not have to see him behind some stupid glass. :-)

I wish my hubby would be moved again too, sort of. Moved closer because he is so far! But he is happier @ CCC than he's been in a while, says its much less political than anywhere else he's been. Seems like he can stay out of the mix @ CCC. So it's a good thing, but oh, so F A R !

Funny you say that hun. Phil says the same thing. He says it is easier to get along with all the races there (at least in the GYM yard). He said he just had to let them know he wasn't worried about nothing they were doing cause he's only in for a lil set. Says they don't give him alot of guff cause he's not a first timer...lol
So maybe CCC is the best place for him too. And you know something else?? He actually sounds happier there when I talk to him than he did anywhere else.. lol Go figure.

When my love one calls he sounds mad half of the time. When he was in other yards he was a happier person.
