I am looking for anyone who has informaion on how to find out my husbands parole hearing date. I have gone on the Department Of Corrections and see the listing from 11-05 to 3-06. Does anyone know how to get dates previous to 11-05.

I would say that you call the main office, they can tell you, they are usually very helpful there, i have called a few times, I don't have the number right now, but it's on their website. Good luck...

Try calling his parole officer and if he is incarcerated call the prison where he's at and ask to speak to his counselor. Wish you the best!

I hope that I am in the right place for this question. My wife just went to fire camp. her original sentence was: max release date 12-23-08, early realease date was 05-19-07. she was orginaly sentenced 2 yrs and 1 yr 4 months enhancements. total of 42 months. obviously she got the 50% when she went to ciw. now that she is in camp, her new sheet said current release date of 12-21-08. thats only 2 days taken off. she went to ciw from chowchilla with 35 days credit on her original face sheet from la county. she has no prior and her crime is a non-violent one. i don't think this sheet was her new face sheet, but what are the chances? do you think this can be a mistake or just that the paperwork has not processed with. I appreciate anybodies time in taking there time in working this out with info or any answer. God bless and good night.
