well he was only 50 minutes away anyway
but
ill have more info when he gets here
they probably are going to make him stay the full 6 months
and he was supposed to get out in 3 months
but
he can be home on weekends which is good at least

Hmmm, 6 months with weekends at home, or three months still in? Tough call. This is good news! At least he is making steps toward being out completely!!!

okay well now they say he cant come home on the weekends
we still wont know if they will hold him for the extra 3 months
but if they do once June 15th comes he can start coming home on weekends
he can get a job after 1 month and i can go see him during his lunch breaks
his calls are 50cents on a regular pay phone and they took him to the store today
i took him 4 sets of clothes, 3 pair of shoes, his grillz and chain, some money, set of sheets and a pillow(which they provide but he wanted some from home) and of course some ciggys and a lighter lol
he likes it better than Indian Creek and at least now
he can start paying on his fines
