A man in St. Augustine, Florida, was showing off the OnStar system in his Cadillac Escalade found that it didn’t help him, but it hurt him.

Thirty-eight-year-old Ralph A. Gomez was being detained in the St. Johns County Jail on March 1 on $15,000 bail on charges of possession of an illegal narcotic within 1,000 feet of a church and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gomez was showing the system to his girlfriend, but the volume was so low that he couldn’t understand what the OnStar operator was saying.

Here's another OnStar story. A friend of mine let his 17 year old son borrow his SUV to take his girlfriend to the prom. He had a 1:00 AM curfew. At 2:00 he still wasn't home. My friend called OnStar and said he was in a strange town and forgot where he parked the car. They told him the location, which was in a park. He went to the park, saw his SUV parked there. Called OnStar back, and said he found the parking lot, but could they make the horn beep and the lights flash. So, they did that. Two heads pop up from the back of the SUV, and there was a whole lot of action getting the clothes back on. Needless to say, the kid was grounded for a loooooong time.

lol, yeah I bet he not only got grounded but had to clean the car too.
