I guess i will be next. I just went back to finish the rest of my G.E.D since i did not take them all before 2002 i have to start all over. I was a little upset about that. but i took my pretest so i can do the brush up. I pulled one of Ike's moves go to class get my assignments and bounced lol when the teacher was not paying attention. He got on my case about that little move. i hate math but it seems that is the first test that they are going to make me take. English and math they say can not be taken last. i was all for taking math last lol. I am suppose to go see Ike for 3 days god willing i will make it. i have never taken vacation from my job ever so i am asking that the days i am going to see him become vacation days. i want to be paid for them so i hope it happens.

By friday this week I will be Mrs. Sly! So thats a great new start this month not only that but my b-day and Slys parole hearing fall on the 23rd of March! I am also starting this month seekin a new job mine is just not cutting it so time to look for some thing new haha this is my new beginnings month!

I'm so thankful to be a part of this thread and PTO. A few weeks ago I finally decided that I needed some outside help to deal with my situation of which I'm still in denial about as very,very few people know and no family knows at all. So, I went to the internet to see what I could find. Even my sweetie has been bugging his counselors and doctors. We both came up short. :banghead: I wrote to Friends Outside and to this day no one has responded. Then I remembered I had saved the PTO link back in October 2005 that I happened upon when I was searching for some information. At the time I found it, the site was overwhelming and I had no clue what it was or about or how to navigate through it, and the chat room scared me most of all. As you all know, I've been out of work for several weeks now so have nothing but time on my hands. Because of my new mission to find some counseling, I decided to pull out all the stops and opened the site to see if I could make heads or tails of it. The first couple of days I was clicking and trying to find the beginning of threads and reading and getting lost and everything. I was overwhelmed and getting more scared that nobody would care about me and my situation. Then I found the search button! :blush: So I typed in Mule Creek and hoped for the best. I found a few threads and one looked interesting so I clicked on it. Got up all my nerve and posted an introduction post to see if anybody would respond. Not only did people respond, I was welcomed with open arms! :yes: That gave me the courage to seek out more information and lo and behold, I found you all! :yay: Needless to say, I don't need to search any further for any other counsel or advice because you all have been so gracious and you're all I need now to get me through this experience. :yes:

Everyday I learn something new about the PTO site and am getting pretty good at navigating even - and that's really cool because I have no sense of direction! :haha: I even learned how to subscribe to threads and last weekend I figured out how to subscribe to whole Forums! :clap: Patty, watch out, my next mission might be taking over PTO! :help:

I'm down with dedicating this to the job seekers. A year and a half ago, I was unemployed for nine months. OUch!! So I know how hard it is and what a difference the right job makes.

I just went out shopping for a new job even though I love the one I have but it didn't pay diddly. Well, they just gave me a raise and a new assignment that I love.

So hang in there and hold out for what you want!!!!

Happy March! I am starting my temp job at the IRS next weekend so I plan to enjoy this weekend to the fullest because it will be June before I have another weekend off. I am not complaining because I love the money. March for me is all about work, school and the kids.

I have been out of work since October of 05. I am self employed and have done a few odd and end things for mom but not much. I have had tons of interviews and no job offers :( always someone whos a better fit with so many people applying. The thing that hurts me is I am an appraiser and I am applying for office jobs. Hey there isn't anything in appraisal so I have to do the other thing I am highly trained in.

I am keeping a positive outlook because I know the right job is there waiting for me. Its coming I can feel it, the goosebumps are a rising! Gooooood Luck to us ALLLLLL!

Glad you found PTO, I have found lots of support and love on here!

March is here!!!! Hooray!!! I have no particular reason to be excited other than last month was a bad one for me so I'm hoping the new one will bring good things. I'm waiting on a response on my appeal letter to the warden about my visits so hopefully it will be something good. I had a dream about it last night and it was a good one so maybe thats a sign?? Good luck to all you job seekers out there. I know it can be tough but only the strong survive right?? Keep your heads up!!

Well again another month has come and we have to all be thankful for that. It is one month over with that we don't have to deal with anymore.

We are down to five days and a wake up till my husband gets out of the hole and trust me I can hardly wait till we get our visit on March 11th.

Everyone don't forget we have St. Patrick's Day this month March 17th.

I wish all the job seekers luck in finding just the right one for you. There is a job out here for everyone, just have to take your time and perseverence to find it.

Well as some of you may know, my mother hasnt spoken to me since I announced our engagement. Well, first day of work today, and my mother calls. But not good news. My dad is dying. His heart is failing and he is too weak for surgery. Hes in Intensive Care and its not looking good. He lives in Tucson, so its not like I can go see him. Weve only spoken once in 7 years, that was at christmas.
On a positive note, I think I can handle this job physically, so I may have found something I can do long term.
Thats it on my end. Wish I had better news.

Congrats on the job and I am very sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my father a little over a year ago and if you ever ever need to talk to anyone about it please don't hesitate to pm me. My heart goes out to you! :grouphug:

waitn4destiny, I've been out of work since August 05 and I am not enjoying it. :) When I work, I feel like my life if more structured. For me at times, I am all over the place b/c I am not working. I find my self constantly running errands for myself and other.

Hope everyone week is going well. Mine has been ok, had a good weekend got to see hubby, and he got to meet my little sister for the first time. They hit it off good. Plus found out that he is fixing to get his S2, all the ladies out of Texas knows that is a good thing and a big deal, and for the rest S2 is one of the highest ranking here, he can be moved out to the Trusty Camp where there are no fences at all, and it will look very good when he comes up for parole in Dec. So we are very happy and I am very proud of him.
Nothing much else going on but work and relay for life.

Well I sure hope March turns out to be as good to me as February was. I got to finally get contact visits in February!! March is my birth month and so far things seem to be looking up. I got a call from my tax guy and I am getting a refund. YeeHaa!!! Kids report cards came home and they are all passing so I'm good there too. My job is fine but would like to make more money and be closer to home but beggars can't be choosey. I'm just happy to be working and making ends meet. Congrats to all you ladies and good luck with everything you are going through/dealing with.

Hi, I just got two letters yesterday from him. He had been in the "hole" since Wednesday. It was so good to hear from him again! Now I'll be sending him lots of mail and hopefully things to help him pass the time. I'll miss the calls so much!

Otherwise, here in NM we're having such warm weather! In the 70's, almost 80 a couple of days ago! It seems very strange for the beginning of March.

As for me I had to cancel the job interview that I had yesterday because me and my baby both woke up sick. Hopefully they will reschedule it, but I know that calling to reschedule had to look REALLY bad, but ohwell there are other jobs out there.

flacosgg ~ that double post thing happens to all of us sometimes not to worry though cuz that's something I can actually fix for ya. About rescheduling the interview while that can go either way I wanted to say that where I work we have had that happen a few times where someone was sick or their car broke down, whatever and we've always given them the opportunity to come in anyways. The thinking is that it could happen to anyone and if they thought enough of you to let you interview in the first place that they WANT the opportunity to get to know you at least as much as you want the interview. The bottom line is if this job is supposed to be the one you get then you will regardless.

I just want to say to those of you who work 40 hour work weeks, I am in awe of you! I just worked 8 hours and I feel like I got hit by a truck. I cant imagine doing this everyday! Youre truly an inspiration to me.

hope you all have a good weekend. I'm so glad its Friday it was a rough week! we celebrated my son's birthday on Wed. he is now 12. We got him a M3P player for 3 days now I've been trying to get music on this thing and I haven't been able to!!! I'll be visiting my hubby tomorrow, and we'll be celebrating his birthday! :)

Have another interview with an animal hospital next Saturday. Haven't heard back from the tuesday interview, sent a thank you letter. Hey everybody ~ It was a beautiful day out today here in Illinois. I woke up feeling like crud but once I got to moving around I felt alot better. A girlfriend asked me to go shopping with her and I got a new vacuum and a few outfits, some shoes, more vitamins, a honeydew candle. This is significant only because Sebastian has been after me to buy some things for myself. I have a hard time doing that and I gotta tell you I went round and round about it in the store. But it's done now and I really did need almost everything I bought. He was so happy when he called and I told him.

just dropping in to say hello, hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.

Well, March started very badly for me. Jason got denied parole on Feb 28th and I didnt get out of bed until 4 days later. I decided to go give him a suprise visit and i just got back. We had such a wonderful weekend and we are stronger than ever. My spirits are high again and i feel i can begin to stop crying about the past and look forward to the future. We spoke about having a baby when he come home and he thought of the greatest name for a girl...Jayla (a combination of both of our names...jason and lauren). How cute is that?! He is such a special person and i am proud to say he is my man. So it looks like March may actually turn out to be a good month. Work is a hassle, but I love my job. Family is stressful, but i love them too. I am thinking that it is a blessing that he got denied. Maybe he wasnt ready to be home, and the less time he spends on parole the better. Goo dthings come to those who wait, right? so i can wait and i will wait. Thanks to you all for your love and support this past month. I honestly could not have done it with out you all!

Hey gurls....Im doing good. Hustlin and bustlin ;] Middle son's bday was saturday and boy he had a good one! Man, maybe I can be lil again and get presents....lol I used to love getting gifts.

Tommy and I are ok...minor set back on the phone deal tho cause I have an issue with paypal right now and its not letting me change the amount that I wanna send off muh credit card to PCO...and im AGGRIVATED but I will be seeing him this saturday and sunday tho! Im leaving to go to Ohio friday!!! I just want it to get here quick like.

I got set back on my job training that I was to be doing today. I have to start next monday because my motor in my van blew up thursday...Grr if its not one thing its another Im telling ya but I refuse to get depressed over it. By wednesday I will deffinitly have another vehicle. So yea I'm keepin my head up.....

Hey girls, hope everyones Monday is going good. It's raining like crazy here. Anyone whos in southern Cali be careful driving out there. Congrats Mrs. De La Cruz. I wish you both nothing but the best. As for me, I've just been hanging in there. Went to the club this weekend with my girls and had fun. Also went to the movies with my kids to see "8 Below". It was very cute.

Happy Monday to all! Just got back from another round of interviews. There were four of them today. Gonna have to substitute teach water aerobics tonight so that will be good for my large body that isn't moving as much these day. My fella finally got his final report from his violation so he hopefully will go to classification this Thursday and finally be able to leave the penthouse suite! 10 more days in orientation and he's back in the saddle again. Contact visits reinstated on April 2nd unless he can sweet talk the Warden into giving them back sooner! I hope she does since one of our pals is getting married on March 25th and I would sure like to be able to attend.

Weather is very strange. Rains on and off when it feels like it! That's all from northern California for now. Take care.

I forgot to mention, for the three days, I've been busy notarizing affidavit/petitions for committee ward leaders. I've enjoyed doing this. Thus far, I've notarized close to 40 documents. My brother referred me for this gig.

Hey everybody! I have been trying to keep up with all the positive things going on with everyone! It seems that by the time I get home from work I don't have much time to check in. But I'm awake bright and early so I can devote some time now.

Unfortunately, one of my best friend's husband died of a heart attack this week. I'm going to the funeral this morning. Times like these make me feel grateful for what I have in my life, and my problems seem smaller.

I'm getting used to no calls from my guy since he's in the "hole". It's hard, especially on the weekends, but this too shall pass.

Thank you for your kind thoughts. It was so sad seeing my friend crying her eyes out for her man, who is no longer here. I had just gone by to visit them on Sunday, and we laughed and talked. Monday, he was gone. I went to the funeral, then after work went over to her house to see her and a lot of people were still there. I told her I would be there whenever she needed my company.

I guess, as I wrote my guy, we never know how long we have to love someone, and should be so grateful for our chance to love and cherish our loved ones. That really hit home today.

So, on the other hand, I find this forum like a home to come to so I can relax and talk to some wonderful people.

Kim, my heart goes out to you and your friend and the family. It takes a shock of death to make us realize how short life truly is.

For those of you who may not know this about me, I lost my dad a little over a year ago to a meth overdose. He was 49 years old. His death changed me, some ways good some ways bad.

My advice is to be there for your friend all that you can and all that she will allow. Don't let her grieve alone, it blackens a persons heart. Sometimes ya just need to cry to someone over and over about the same things so if you could be there to listen to her stories over and over and give her hugs and love she will make it thru just that much better. If you ever need to talk I am here.

Damn waitin ~ as a former meth user (God am I glad that is over) my heart goes out to you. I am so sorry for your loss. Meth is some powerful stuff. I'm sure you know that though. :grouphug:

Patti, I do very well as a former meth user myself. I never used needles like dad did, and I didn't because of him. I feel very lucky that I was sent by a higher power to his house a lot two weeks before he died and my kids and I saw him last 3 days before he died. Thank you for your condolences my heart still bleeds over the loss.

I wanted to mention just for sharing's sake, my daddy told me before he died that it was taking him a gram a shot to get off :cry: I am sure he shot at least a gram that night and his heart couldn't take it.

Hi, I'm up before sunrise too! And on a weekend! Waitn, so sorry about your dad. Meth is a very bad problem here. I've seen lots of people bring their lives to ruin with it. It's been hard adjusting to only letters from my sweetie now. I miss those Saturday night phone calls. He'll be getting transferred in the near future. Unfortunately, it will be pretty far from me. He mentioned this song "Landing in London, (All I think about is you)" by 3 Doors Down. It is beautiful! Made me sad.

Good morning Met While Incarcerated Family!!! I slept a whole ten hours last night. That might not seem like a big deal to anyone else but I have chronic sleeping problems which only became worse when Sebastian went back in. Yesterday I got a letter and a card from him that were so comforting that I read them and reread them and reread them and well I just fell out. It was good to finally sleep.

Qwerty, I was just wondering where in Cali you're living. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we had snow in the foothills, which is something that just about NEVER happens. It was beautiful to see, and I happened to be with my grandma today who wanted to drive up there and see it, the road was blocked, I'm assuming because they don't have snow plows

Whisk, I live in San Jose and it snows every winter in the foothills. Extra mountains have it this week as the weather is worse than normal. It really is a lovely sight.

No letter from my honey today so no idea if he went to classification Thursday or not. I'll know something is up if I don't get a letter on Monday. I hope that means he got out of the penthouse and is now doing the 10 days in orientation. This ordeal is nearly over. I'm so lost without our visits and calls. April 2nd can't get here fast enough!

Does anybody know if they get visits at Mule Creek when they're in orientation? With any luck and being added to a friend's beau's list, I will be attending their wedding on March 25th. Thought maybe I could sneak a visit in with my sweetie on whatever yard they may put him in. I can always call visiting and ask, but I hate calling that place unless there's a gun pointing at my head. They never answer the phone and then you play telephone tag for another two days. I'd sooner have needles stuck in my eye! Besides, it might be bad news and that he's still in the penthouse and I couldn't handle hearing that.

Queen -- Normally there's just snow on Mt. Hamilton though and at higher levels. It's rare to see it like this and how low it is. It's because of this Alaskan weather we've been getting, which I hope will go away soon, because I don't like being cold. Glad you're feeling better and you're right, April 2nd can't get her fast enough (it's my birthday!). I hope you get a letter on Monday. No clue about your other questions though, have you posted in the California forums?

I just have to tell you guys how cute my dog is, it JUST started to rain kind of hard, and she ran over to my window and barked. Of course this is the scaredy dog that doesn't like thunder and we sometimes have to give her a tranquilizer when there is some because she shakes so bad. I love her though!

Goodmorning everyone. We forecast some snow today but they've said that before and we nevr got any!!

I'm joining you, Patty, I have trouble sleeping at the best of times but coming up to a visit it gets a whole lot worse!! Right now I have a very sore cyst on my back that just wants to make the sleeping problem even worse. Still, the doctor is going to cut that out on Wednesday so that should help.

Two weeks today I'll already be at the airport waiting to get on that plane.

i can't ever sleep either when i'm supposed to! i take valerian root which is an herb that's supposed to help you sleep. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. i usually chase it with 4 ibuprofin and if i'm not too wound up will usually help me fall asleep within a half hour to an hour. night before a visit, forget it! i toss and turn and then sleep through my alarm and get on the road an hour later than i want to! by the time i get there, i'm in the 70's! makes no difference, they terminate my visit anyhoo because they don't consider a two hour drive far enough to warrant the full 6 hours!

We are supposed to have snow, but nothing but high winds since yesterday. That's spring in NM. Patty, glad you heard from Sebastian!! And for those who get to visit today, have fun! I envy you!

No letter for me yesterday. Maybe tomorrow? At times our letters to each other have been delayed somewhere for over a week!!

I want to get out and go see people today. Sundays are kind of depressing for me.

I was suppose to go see Ike this week but since i am sick i am not going i do not want to get him and others sick. I have not been to school since i have been sick i have no choice but to go to work but hopefully i will get to see Ike at the end of the month my pay check was short hours. So it makes me not have enough for my rent for the fisrt time since i have been in the apts where i am at. So i am going to take money from my retirement to pay the rent. i will get penalized but oh well the rent will get paid. so i guess i will be ok. I have struggled to get paid for my settlement from this guy hitting me the insurance company paid for my car but they are takeing there slow sweet time paying for the bodly injury. I feel like i am being treated wrong since to me they admitted to guilt when they fixed my car. Now they are going back on my medical records for 5 years i can not see why that is necessary considering i did not hit that guy he hit me to me this should have been over months ago. Now i am on to a new thing i was rear ended again and i got my shoulder messed up and my little girls back was bothering her some. Thank god that this person did not have the same insurance company then me. cause the last guy that hit me has the same insurance company i am tired of people hitting me like i have a target on the back of my car.

hello everyone... hope everyone's weel is starting off good. I had an interesting weekend when I went to visit my husband while driving into the facility the sun was in my eyes and I couldn't see very well, I drove overa piece of concrete and BAM!! I got a flat tire!! This happened to someone else too, so around noon time we went out from our visits and see what we could do. I had a number to AAA but there wasn't a service area around that area. We went out to our cars and there were 2 men out there sitting in their car. I asked them to change my tire and they did, thank God for them. I gave them some money. An hour later I was back inside visiting.

Well I got some bad news yesterday, the temp job I just got fell through and now I am jobless again. Im not sure how Im going to visit at the end of April as it stands right now, and I am heartbroken.

Patty, been there, done that with letters and misunderstandings. It is difficult sometimes trying to communicate via Uncle Sam! I had to make a visit behind glass to get the whole mess straightened out. Was good it happened since we both now have the understanding of not jumping to conclusions over something in a letter and to ask questions until we're satisfied and truly understand the meaning.

Ike, so sorry about the accidents. Seems when it rains it pours. As far as the insurance company wanting your medical records back 5 years, that's because they're trying to prove a pre-existing condition. They all do that and it is the pits because even if you had a condition before, the accident(s) probably exacerbated the ailment. It's always a sticky wicket, but I pray they do right by you.

Attention, attention! Hot off the presses! My sweetie is finally outta the penthouse and back on his old yard! :yay: :yay: :yay: Appears he'll be done with orientation by this Friday ( he didn't give the date and his letter was dated 03/11 in which said next Friday). I hope they let him call me as soon as possible after that! So now I have to figure out if he can have a visit behind the glass and if it's only an hour or if it jeopardizes my chances of a 6 hour visit on April 2nd, I'll wait the two more weeks.

I wanted to wait until today as he was to talk to his counselor and sure enough the parole board has seen fit to take away 90 days goodtime which pushes his max out date to July 16, 2006. We've talked and we'd like things to be different of course but we choose to just move forward, of course we will question the reasons with the proper authorities but we are not expecting anything to change, including the fact that we love each other very much and nothing will stand in the way of our being together. Patty, so sorry to hear about the 90 days. That is a blow, but we're so used to setbacks that all we can do is take them in stride. Our days will all come eventually and then about 20 years down the line hopefully we can laugh about it. Take care, hon. Pretty excited about this weekend since one of my PTO pals is getting married. Though I won't be able to attend the ceremony, she'll come spend the night with me Friday, then she'll drive up Saturday morning and then I will drive up to meet them all and the Yahoo Group for a mini wedding reception. Poor thing is preparing for finals and final projects and still doesn't have pants to go with the adorable top she found to wear! :eek: Wonder if the CO's will notice! :haha:

Congrats to those of you who found employment. That is a good thing. For those of you still seeking it, be diligent, the right job is just out there waiting to be found by you.

As for me I am still busy trying to pack and move, but something is always distracting me. Always something else to do. I am afraid hubby is getting restless with me. Oh well.

It is difficult when you work alot and in between have to keep the mail flowing to him and run all of the errands and keep the pets all happy, keep the household going ya know.

Just not enough hours in the day for me. Time management police where are you??

babygirl ~ I'm afraid I'm more of the procrastinating type than the Time Management Police once away from the office but I will tell ya this, might as well get on it during your spare minutes cuz it ain't gonna happen by itself, let me know if that helps and I'll put it on a bumper sticker LOL

Awful day at work, some issues are coming to a head and my boss would like for me to choose sides and it's just not gonna happen. I'll have five years in there in May, I'm starting to look around for something else as I am very unhappy where I am. I feel bad because at least I have a job, I know so many others need one so I'm trying to keep it real but I think the time has come for me to make a move.

Tomorrow is Friday, just one more reason to thank God.

Went to bed too early, up at 3 am ;) I'm feeling OK... Mr's homecoming is taking an unexpected turn, but it will work out in the end.

I can finally eat what I call REAL food! I ate a salad the other day, a ham sub and yesterday had strawberries! Boy did THEY taste good - all 3 of them! :D :D

I've been trying to get a new job with a large company and there has been some positive momentum... finally. Please wish me luck in the interview and testing process....

Well as I mentioned before I'm not feeling my job these days and there are others in the office who feel the same, morale is waaaaay low around there. Tonight after work I went with my girlfriend/co-worker out for a couple of drinks, something we NEVER do we are more like shopping/dining in or out kinda friends, yanno how you have different friends that you do different things with, right? Well "Terri" is not much of a drinker but we decided to get out and have a couple and it was fun, we went to the bars straight from work so we weren't out late, afraid our carriage would turn back into a pumpkin LOL but we had a good time and I came home and had to fight to stay awake until 9 pm which of course meant I was up at 4:30 am and on here to post about it, LOL.

Patty - :haha: I still haven't gone to bed and it doesn't look like I will be going to bed! Bridezilla is still a few miles away and she'll have to leave here in another couple of hours! Another traveller was stuck for a bit but he appears to be at the hotel safe and sound.

Before I could even finish this, she has arrived and no time for a nap or nothing! Oh well, at least we'll all be tired together!

Well Sunday night here, winding down, getting ready for the work week ahead, sigh. I didn't get to talk to Sebastian all weekend long as they have been on lockdown. Illinois prisons are notorious for their lockdowns so this is nothing new. Hopefully it will be over soon. Patty, many hopes and prayers things work out with a new job for you!

I went on an interview today for a contract position with Microsoft and she offered me the job on the spot! So, I'm waiting to hear back from the recruiter with my request for a couple of bucks more an hour and I won't look for a real job while I'm working for them. Slight possibility that I may be able to talk them into hiring me permanently if things go real well. This position is going to be a permanent position but in Redmond, WA. I told them I couldn't move to Redmond because of my Dad, but the real reason is because of Obe. How can I go to Washington when he probably can't leave California! It would be a hassle and a half though to either leave my Dad here or try to convince him to move to Washington. So, keep your fingers crossed for me that I can shine like a silver dollar and that they want to hire me and let me work from California. If not, at least I'll be able to say I worked for Microsoft!

I just saw your post. Prior to replying, I sent up a prayer and positive thoughts. Hope everything work out in your favor. My prayer is that the job will be greater than the one you presently have, provide more benefits, flexibility, etc.

To all of us in search of employment, new job, etc. I pray that we will find favor and land the job that will meet our needs (financially, emotionally, socially, etc.) and far surpass our comprehension and desires.

Well I had the interview and we are going forward, next step is for me to meet with corporate execs and gratefully I do so with her full recommendation so we shall see. They were able to more than meet my basic financial needs, a raise infact, medical benefits are comparable to those I receive at my current position as well. So we shall see what comes of this. The work I would be doing is much more significant than in my current job and closer to what I did back in California when I still had my dream job. I may or may not get this job but I'm glad to have put myself out there.

Not only do I remember it, but I loved that show. When ever I hear the jingle , I get warm and fuzzy feelings. :)

Well good news on my end. I got another job! Its working 2 days a week as an admin assistant. It pays GREAT. More than Ive ever made in my life, so its all good. Took the drug test today, and as soon as that clears I'll be able to start.

Had a couple bad days with Tim, but thats behind us now and now looking forward to our visit in three short weeks. Things are looking up :)

qwerty ~ it's not exactly a new job yet but a prospective new job at this point. I am very interested in the work for sure. I would be working directly with clients who in this case are parolees from Sheridan (Illinois drug prison of choice) with employment/education/life skills services and case management. It is a private foundation. Since I know now that they can more than meet my financial needs and feel passionate about the mission at hand I am hoping this will work out but if it doesn't I'm sure something will come along when the time is right.

Patty, of course I remember that show, and you have brought back some fond memories. Liberal congrats on the second job...you go girl...Things are good on my end. Shawn's daughters are coming to spend spring break this coming week, that will be good. They have only been here two days since he has been home, they live approx 50 miles south of us...so it will be good to have them home with us for awhile, no drama here, life is good and we continue to bask in the blessings we have...I hope you all are doing good as well....

hello everyone, the weather is beautiful here in NY too. :)Thank goodness my work week is coming to an end, its been a week from hell! On Saturday I'm taking my daughter prom dress shopping. Its her senior prom and Sunday there's a kids expo. I'm going to be taking my son to.
