Does any one know if california always expidites ,even if the parole officer initially says he will?My brother got out of prison for grand theft auto about 2 years ago and never reported because hewanted to go to wisconsin to care for our ill step mother, our real mother had already died.HE also didnt want to be aroung meth.He got involved in an auto accident where no one was hurt but ultimately took 1 years probation.Although his warrant always came up as un-expiditable his po took the liberty of calling CA. AND TALKED TO A PAROLE officer who chamged it to expiditable.HE IS NOW IN JAIL AWAITING EXTRADITION...DO I HAVE ANY HOPE THIS MAY NOT GO THROUGH.?
DESPERATE IN tX.HE IS IN JAIL IN WISCONSIN. hELP
