My fiance lost his visits while at Lompoc USP but he has recently been transferred to Atwater so I was wondering if now that he is at a different prison I can go see him. I know I probably can't, things in federal hardly go our way but I was just wondering if someone had a definite answer for me. If you do or if you have any idea please let me know. Thanks.
Your best bet is probably just to re-file a visitor form. Alternatively, you could try calling the warden's office for info on visiting restrictions placed on him, but that might tip your hand directly by letting them know that there's been trouble in the past. (Yes, surely they "know", but one could always hope for a minor, beneficial paperwork screwup...)

Thank you for the tip. So far it sounds like I'll just have to wait another 4 months and 11 days to see him. It's alright though it's most definitely worth the wait. But once again thank you. I'm going to try to re-file a visitor form like you said. Cross your fingers for me.

I don't want to tell you to try and pull a fast one, but in my experience that whe you call and talk to someone about the issue, you alret them to the problem and things end up worse. If I were you I wouldn't say anything and just reapply. I mean the worse thing that can happen is that they say NO, but if you already knew they would, then you didn't loose out. Just one question, at Lompoc did they take your picture? Because they do at Atwater and that may or may not cause a problem.
