So as I patiently wait for my fiance to come home (4mos down and 2more to go) I get a voicemail from him telling me the review board has suspended all his visitation until he leaves. I am furious

The background to this is that my fiance found out the guy who works in the mailroom was screwing with the mail (delivering to wrong prisoners, holding mail long periods of time) reported him and that guy got in trouble. Well he wanted to settle the score. Apparantly they suspended his visitation for "Deception" saying that when I go to check in for visitation I write in the log book "friend" not fiance or girlfriend.

There are many problems with that sentance alone for one no one writes in the log in book except for the guards. All visitors do is sign the book. We verbally give the info. Now I will admit that I do still revert back to the term girlfriend but only because we literally got engaged before he left thats how sudden this was and its all still new to me.

Does anyone know who I can complain to about this and see if I can get his visitation priviledges back. This is just insane and I am not sure who to really talk to about this but the brig has really been getting to him and at our last visit he mentioned that how it was really starting to weaken his spirit it kills me to even think about that even though I knew it was inevitable.

They do this kind of crap to people. They do it because they know we could get another year or two for beating the dog shi* out of them. I wish it could be done, I know of a simular case. A prisoner was getting out soon and needed his medical record, they were procrastinating like usual. Withen one week of his release he filed a complaint. The "docs" got in trouble for not doing it, so they looked and saw the prisoner took motrin for pain 5 days in a row. You need a perscription for longer than 3, so they got him for missuse of medication and took a week of good time from him. Oh yeah, the pain was from injuries recieved by a RPG rocket hitting his Humvee in Iraq!!! Can you believe this mess?!!!!?!!!! It infuriates me. And the reason why I put The doc in quatation is because at best they are nurses aids, not even a technical carreer school equivilant. But they will insist they be called doc, and think they are, and deserve the respect that comes with holding a Doctorate. I would love to have the chance to teach them.
