My guy just got moved to Diagnostics, so, his PE date went from 12/28/2007 to 4/3/2007. Is that all the further it will move up unless he moves up a class? Will taking drug rehab type programs make it move up more?

Once he becomes a class 1 it should move up some more (everyone is a class 2 when they first get to prison) - how far up, I don't know. I don't know whether the drug treatment programs affect the p.e. date or not.

My son was moved to diagnostics this past Thursday.His PE date went from12/06 to 12/06.I talked to him Sat.He said they told him that if he took the drig rehab program he would earn 30 extra days.The also told him he would more than likely be released in May 06.He said they think he will go to Varner.
