If you have a machine readable passport issued before 10/25/05 you don't need a visa to enter the US. Is it what you're asking ?? My knowledge is much better about prisons in Florida rather than in France, but I nevertheless did some research for you. :) A woman won't be sent to La Santé, which is an all male penitentiary. Around Paris there are only 2 prisons for women: Fleury Mérogis or Fresnes. Both are situated in the suburb outside of Paris.
