For some reason the phone systems seems to be messed up on Cascade yard. When I answered the phone from my ex-husband, one operator was saying press 5 to accept the charges and another came in and said press 1 to accept the call. He called four times already and I did both, then the call would drop. Can someone advise me on what I am doing wrong to why the call is not going through. Your help would be greatly appreciated, this is me and my son's very first phone call.

I just called MCI and they were still open thank goodness. The operator told me that the reason why the calls aren't going through, is because I have privacy manager on my phone. Has anyone every heard of that causing the calls not to go through? I guess I will have to cancel it tomorrow.

Yes, privacy manager will screw up the calls, Cancel it and while you're on the phone, confirm that NO OTHER CHANGES are to be made to your account, use small words so they're sure to understand...a few years ago, I turned off one feature and and lost ALL the features on my plan, including caller ID and call waiting...was a pain in the butt getting my phone plan back to what I wanted.
