I thought we could start by listing hotels that we have stayed at in the area.

I stayed at the Linda Vista Motel. It was $72.08 total for a room with two double beds. I was not the nicest but it was clean and the staff was really nice. In the moring they have coffee and pastries in the office. The morning I was there they had homemade coffee cake. It was yummy! It is located on the 88 just before you get into Jackson.

My friend stayed there. I stay in this crapy motel in Galt called "Royal Delta Inn" that cost only about $48 a night plus they let you check in early. Like as early as 4 am without charging extra.

I stay at best western in Jackson. If you go online to Cheap tickets and get a room it is about 30$ less than going there directly. The rooms are really nice. One time they did try to make me pay the reg fee but I stood my ground and they gave me the room for the online quote. Judy
