:( I was wondering what time everyone's man calls them because last Friday i missed a call from my husband and I am really sad because I haven't heard from him since last Tuesday. He just got transferred last Tuesday. I probably sound dumb because it hasn't even been that long but I was so used to getting letters EVERYDAY when he was in reception at Delano for 7 MONTHS!!!!!!

When you add a thread (or a post) in the HDSP/CCC Forum, make sure you specify which prison you are referring to. Those of us who are regulars to this forum know who you are and that your man is at CCC, but new members won't know which prison you are talking about. So just make sure you say something like "I was wondering what time everyone's man (in CCC) calls them".....Or even in the title of your post put something like "What time does your CCC inmate call you?".....You get my point. :)

This will help the confusion of new members. :thumbsup:

My man gives me a specific time that he is going to call and yep I am at home waiting for his call at that certain time. It has worked very well so far.

We have a phone "date" set up in advance, same day/time. He always calls in evening, 8 or later.

At HDSP, B-Yard, I am advisd by my Whateverheis that calls might come between 9am and 11:45am and between 1 and 8 pm...no calls early morning, lunchtime or late evening.

My husband is in CCC and usually I know ahead of time what time and day he is going to call. They have a phone list and the guys have to sign up for calls..But for some lame reason My husband tells me the C.O. there keeps scratching his name off the list, apparently you are not suppose to sign up for more than 1 call a week..He was supposed to call me today at 1:30 but he never did.. :-(

I think hes in the Gym...I know when I write its to the p.o. box 2400, then i put 71-his bunk number...He used to call me twice a week, Hes been there for 3 months now and he was steadily calling me twice a week, once he even snuck out to call me on Sunday night and he got to call me back 3 times!...But now he says some C.O. is all over his business and keeps scratching his name off the list...

IN order not to miss his calls forward your home phone to your cell if your are able to do so.

I do know that they don't want you to sign up for your next call until you've used the one that you are currently on the list for. If they find a double entry, they WILL scratch them both. The best way is to plan for certain days and a specific window of time. You can't always get the time you want so just work within a time frame.

how wierd. Mine is in the gym too. He has called me 3 times one week but we usually schedual it so I hear from him on thursdays or Monday or tuesday.
I dunno hun.

Yeah! He called me last night....Turns out his calls had gotten scratched after all, but good news is he is most likely going to get the phone clerk job so then he can call me whenever!
