ANYBODY NEED'S A RIDE TO DELANO? I GO EVERY 2 WEEKS..... AND GOING THIS SUNDAY WHO IS INTRESTED OF GOING HIT ME UP........

1st of all if this is your son,he is so cute.My fiancee just got transfered to NKSP for reception and i saw tht you also live in los angeles.My luck has just been the worst,as in november of 2006 i got in a bad car accident in which my car was totaled. i know tht inmates can't recieve visits for their first three months but as soon as he can i will be going to visit.i should have a car by then but if not its nice to know tht you've opened up your services to tthose in need.what area do u live in specifically if u dont mind me asking and how long has he been in Delano? What have been your experiences with visiting and the prison in general?Thanks.

Hi LadyBam3, once again... you can never be too polite, or offer too many greetings? And, I don't mean to intrude or nose my way into your conversation. But, is it true that inmates could not have visits for three months? I thought after we've been approved we're clear to go. And, I heard that clearance isn't too long> about three weeks? Misseshiskisses: Your talking about KVSP right? I will assume you are, the inmtes go through 6-8 weeks of processing here (norm is 14 -21 days) but here they take along time. During this time you can visit behind glass until he is classified of course you must be on his approved list of visitors from the prison he was at before or by applying here and according to the visiting Ltn takes around 3-6 weeks. As for the rest LILONE already covered it.

LILONE: how often do you go up there every two weeks and if so, do you stay both days? OH and where are you coming from what freeway? It may be a good idea if were all coming from the same gnrl area to all carpool together be/c as it is gas is going up!

I take off from El Monte (moms house). So now that you can go both days will you be going? The way my hubby and I have it I give him 4 days a month, either Sat & Sun every two weeks or every Sat or every Sun, it all depends on what kind of week I had. Its not the time its the kill on your car through the grape vine that bothers me...

I use to carpool to PVSP with some regulars and she would drive and charge a flat rate, when I carpooled we would split gas and motel between whoever went.

I go to C yard te SNY yard. well it seems that there is no other way then to end up on the 5 fwy to the 99, coming out of Southern Cali you have to take the 5.

It suppose to rain on Saturday up there, and yesterday be/c of the weather the grapevine was closed. I'm still debating on what to do since its my b-day on friday... I do want to go and hope the weather is on my side!
