How is everyone’s mail going at CTF? Mine seems to be a little slow but I think it is because of the holidays...........

It is slow, due to the holidays, plus the mailroom staff is made up of some inmates, and due to the lockdown they are not in there to assist with the mail, making them short staffed. I received a letter yesterday, and then today when I went to the mailbox, I saw the return address on the envelope, started to get excited, but it was a birthday card from my boyfriend to my daughter, which I thought was so sweet. I was a little sad, that there wasnt a letter for me too though.

My mail delay situation is all caught up…. the mail is sorted near central facility and if any inmates are helping it will be level one inmates who are housed at central or south facility so they would not be effected by the lockdown. My mail to him seems to go in spurts....like he will not get anything all week and then 6 letters in one day. Hope everyones mail situation is cleared up that goes for SVSP too.

Well, my presumption about the lockdown effecting the mailrom I guess was wrong. The mail with my guys is just like yours, not receiving my letters for days then getting 6 sometimes up to 10 letters of mine in one day. I would be in hog heaven if I received 10 letters in one day from him. It definately puts a big smile on his face he has told me.

I just got a letter today and it was postmarked on the 14th. It is so frustrating.
