i need any information for support groups in northeast arkansas. I called to check about my visit application and had some words with a "Training" secretary and now I have been Denied visits due to that fact.We have a 4 year old son together that can not see his daddy because i was denied. We are ALL he has :angry: can someone please point me in the direction for help?

Welcome to PTO waitingbabygirl! I'm so sorry to hear about your current situation. I would call Constituent Services at 870-267-6385 and see if they can help you out. Other than that, I'm not really sure, but I would just try to call anyone you can at his facility and see if they can get this sorted out. Were you denied visits altogether or were they just suspended?

Call the warden. I don't think having a disagreement w/an employee on the phone is cause for denial. Are you sure theres not some other reason?
