View Full Version : what does he wonder about YOU!
This is the other side of the coin of Mrs D's thread. I thought of it when I was telling my man about my new cat, a three year old. He was concerned about whether I let my pets get "all up in (my )mouth". he wanted to know, do I let them lick my mouth! It disgusts him. He was relieved to know I do not.
He once asked, do you leave dishes in the sink? YES! Oh, he says, that is NASTY. ( feel free honey, here's the dishrag)
thunder 02-21-2006, 07:59 PM Now that he's home, he wonders, am I really that crazy? :-) He gets to see the silly side, playfulness, my imperfections, shortcomings, attitude, weaknesses, strengths, fears, etc. He could not see these benefits until he came home and really got to know me. :-) I say benefits, b/c this is apart of the package and he needed to see all facets of how I am and or not? When writing, they decipher what they want to read/discern and or understand about you; however, when they are home and you spend quality time together, the real you has to come out. When he sees the real me, he just laugh and says that he loves me in all my splendor. :-)
HotLatinaMILF4U 02-21-2006, 08:09 PM Sebastian was really confident that he knew everything about me before he came home. I think in the back of his mind were a few questions like:
Can she cook like she says she can?
Is she really gonna do all that in the bedroom?
If he will even admit he wondered anything these are the ones I'm betting were in the back of his mind. I'll ask him to confirm or deny next chance I get.
Patty
P.S. I can and I did...
LD's Autumn 02-21-2006, 08:24 PM Good topic for discussion on my next visit this Thursday. I'll post after that what he said. Thanks!
mrsdragoness 02-22-2006, 06:30 AM Mr. knows me better than I know myself. He knows I'm a pack rat and keep stuff that I don't need. If he has questions he asks. He can only go by things I have told him but I don't keep things from him.
kim48 02-22-2006, 06:38 AM Same here. I try to let him know about all my faults, imperfections. He has seen me but at the visits of course, he wouldn't get to know it all by that short time together. I am trying to let him know the good and bad before we live together. He does ask me questions when we talk on the phone and in letters and I try to let him know all there is to know. But two people can't really know each other til they come face to face in a living situation. I mean, as far as little habits, quirks, etc.
mz_delacruz 02-22-2006, 08:11 AM My huney always asks me and wonders:
* Am I a good cook as i say i am?
* What do I look like in the morning?
* Can I do him like WHOA in the bedroom?
* If I am as crazy as I appear to him at visits?
* Will I hog the bed up when he comes home?
Just little things like that he wonders... Just like i wonder about little things about him...
2nice 02-22-2006, 08:17 AM I think that Jerry probably wonders whether I am going to continue to be adamant about the things that im adament about now...
1. Not having a baby!
2. Not being the typical 'housewife'
We try to tell one another the good and bad points about one another. After reading Mrs. D's thread, i wrote and told him about all the things that i wonder about, and i asked him what the things are that he wonders about?? Im waiting for him to get the letter now, and to respond to it. I will come back and post what he says. :)
HEISMYANGEL 02-22-2006, 08:38 AM Jason wonders about:
1. if i can really cook (seems like all our guys are wondering that)
2. Am I as great as he thinks i am in the bedroom (all ours guys are wondering about that one too!)
I am not sure about anything else..i will ask him
Great question CET!
gabbygirl372001 02-22-2006, 08:53 AM this is funny....at our last visit, my guy asked me if I could cook, and he wanted details, to see if I really knew what I was talking about. I am sure he has lots of wonders about me, just as I do about him. I will definately ask him and see what he says.
My man never asks me about cooking! Actually I am a pretty good cook and he doesn't know this. When he goes on about he doesn't eat cheese, he won't eat any kind of beans, I groan and tell him he better learn how to cook! He's rail thin and even at visits picks at his food.
I have sent him photos of me with no makeup on.
LadySlipper76 02-22-2006, 09:43 AM Like many he wondered if I could cook. Apparently cooking using recipes doesn't count & says he will teach me.
Also wonders if I am as inexperienced as I say I am. He doesn't believe me because he's never known anyone like that before.:o
Always wondered how I could be single when he met me. Thought I was the type to always have a man. Yeah, I was really beating them off with a stick.
Who knows what else is going on in his beautiful but crazy mind. Maybe I'll ask. Then again, maybe I don't want to know just yet. ;)
PowandVonne 02-28-2006, 12:09 PM what I will look like pregnant
what I look like when I sleep
will I keep him yoked up in our sleep so I make sure he doesn't leave my side
he wants to watch me cook
qwerty 02-28-2006, 12:34 PM Hmmmm this is a tough one.
It has always bugged me that I feel he is not at all curious about my past... in fact we're gonna have a lil talk about it this next visit, ahem! He only asks about the present or near future... what am I doing this weekend, etc. His first words whenever we talk are ALWAYS "What's going on?" LOL
But deep inside, I think the biggest thing he wonders about me is why do I stick around... he seems truly amazed that I do.
DeonsLady 02-28-2006, 06:30 PM Deon and I have discussed everything under the sun. We recently had a talk and he wondered if I he would get on my nerves. He asks because I have been divorced for 10 yrs. and pretty much it's just been me and my 3 kids. I'm used to having eveything to myself and paying all my bills on my own.
I told him I am looking forward to sharing the bed with him. I recently purchased a house....I got a king size bed...for us, so we have lots of room to play! :D
In all honesty though, I enjoyed the married life. I was just unable to meet and fall in love with someone who had the same qualities as myself. Deon and I are so much alike we kid each other about it being funny of were we some kin.
HeSoHandsome 02-28-2006, 09:06 PM If I will be there when it's his day for visit because he knows how I feel about visit. He wonders about that because me being the person I am, he never knows what to expect.
CET, that's pretty funny about the cat because my husband felt the same way. I don't even kiss my kids on the mouth -- just my cat and my husband, plus the kids kiss no one in the mouth except their s/os. Barely a week after release, need I say it: he kissin the cat on the mouth too!! :D
