HI Everybody,

My hubby got his official release date. It is April 21. We thought it would be April 15 so 6 more days than we thought. But that is ok because he will be home soon. :D I can hardly wait. I am making reservations this weekend for out 3 night stay at a beautiful park here in Tennessee. It is going to be so romantic. I am so anxious for this to all be over. He will be free from the TDOC for the first time in 8 years. Then we can continue with our marriage the way it was intended to be.

He ask me would I marry him all over again and I said yes. He wants me to have a wedding with a beautiful dress, family and the whole nine yards. He is so awesome. We got married at the courthouse. We woke up one day and said let's go get married and that is what we did.!:D

He already has plans for where we will go for our honeymoon. It's a surprise and he will not tell me. I can hardly wait!

Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know when my husband will be home. It will be here before we know it!!! Hurry hurry hurry!!!
I miss him so badly!

He seen the board in Oct. of last year and was told then he had to flatten out his time which is sept 2006, but with good time days it comes to April 21.
Usually after a person goes in front of the board it takes about 10 days to get their answer.

Yeah they can be babies when they are sick! I like it though. I missssss it!! But you know what? Since he has been gone I have been sick a couple of times and While laying in the bed wishing I was dead, I missed him so much and wished so bad he was here to take care of me. He is so sweet when I am sick. He is always asking me if there is anything he can do or get for me. I like the attention but goodness just leave me alone so I can rest!! LOL No I would much rather he be here bugging me to death than him not be here at all.

Plus I am now starting a new home business. I already work two part time jobs and take care of my children with special needs...........so yes I am very busy but I wouldn't have it any other way!:thumbsup: The week my hubby comes home I am taking a much needed vacation.

I talked to hubby today and he wasn't in a very good mood at all. I hate that! I think he is getting anxious and not really knowing what to expect when he is home. I told him we will take it one day at a time and it will be just like it was before in just a few days. I hope so anyways.

Yeah he always calls later and tells me he is sorry. I know he is but when he calls me in the morning in his bad mood, it always makes my day yukky. I know he can't help it sometimes, especially after he talk to me and I am telling him what all the kids and I have been doing. It makes him feel bad because he can't be here. His biggest worry is how he will adapt to all the changes that have occured since he has been gone. I tell him one thing that hasn't changed is the love I feel for you and noone has or ever will take his place in my heart or in our home.
That always makes him feel better. :)

21 and a wake up!!!Man! I think time is slowing down. I don't know if it's my nerves or what but I am not feeling too well. The last several days has been not good for me. Please keep me in your thoughts. My son who is serving in Iraq is very depressed and having a real hard time. Of course he can't tell me what goes on over there but I think he may of had to kill someone for the first time in his life and he is a very emotional sensitive person so I am sure this is getting to him. They do have counselors over there and I told him to go talk to one but he said they really don't help much. I worry about him all the time!!! I want him home too!

He said there is a guy in there with him who didn't get out on his realease date .He was in for parole violation too. When the time came for him to leave they told him he had to do all his ggod time days which he thought he was getting!! OMG! SO now it will be 2 years before he can leave, How dare they!
My hubby has not had any write ups no trouble what so ever the whole time so they better not mess with us or this lady is going to raise some H***!!!!!! Oh My!!! I am not ready at all! Next week I will be running around here like a chicken with their head cut off! I do have a baby sitter all set up though. And some of his clothes bought. I still like shoes and me some sexy things. Oh I can't wait!!:)

8 More days and a sleepless night!!! LOL
I am holding up pretty well here. I srill haven't started all the things I wanted to get done before I leave to go get him. I plan on cleaning some of the house today and then finish some small things next week. I am going to do my nails and toe nails one night next week. I went yesterday and got a new perm in my hair then next week I am getting a fresh new color on it. I still have some last minute shopping to do. I do have our reservations in place for the place we will spend our alone time at. I am looking forward to it so much!! I have my sitter for the kids and the dogs. :) I will be leaving on the 20th after school then get up early and pick him up at 8 on the 21st. It is a 6 hour drive to where he is at so it will be late when I arrive at the hotel on the 20th. Plus they are one hour ahead of where I am at. Maybe we will get some rest over the weekend, but I doubt it!! Good thing I am taking that week off after we come home!!! LOL:D

Oh Pam, Im so excited for you! And dont plan on getting any rest because you two will be busy!! :) He is gonna be soo happy when he sees you! 7 more days and a wake up!!:D He called me yesterday and he was not in a good mood at all! That always gets me down and makes me sick. It worries me so until I get sick at my stomach. He doesn't sound excited at all about coming home. It's like he already has his mind set to him failing. I know he is probably scared a little bit. I always try to comfort him and always tell him everything will be ok once he gets in a new routine. He was always a very moody person when he was here so I guess he is the same in there. I never know what kind of mood he will be in. It's just that sometimes when he calls I am so excited about him coming home then aftr we talk and hang up I am so down because he was in a bad mood and doesn't seem as excited as me. Does or did your men do this too?

7 more days Pam.......I am sorry about his down mood. Just keep reassuring him that everything will be ok once you 2 are back together. Sounds as though you have you end of things all taken care of.....hair, nails & clothes. One more week honey and it will all just be a memory......Take advantage of your last bit of "Pam" time. I know all will be ok once he is home. I just wish he wouldn't be so dang depressed especially with it being so close to him coming home. Tomorrow when he calls he will probably be in a great mood. Who knows! I can't wait for him to be in front of me so I can hold him and tell him everything is going to be ok.

Oh girl don't worry yourself to death!! He will be o.k. He just has those release day jitters. My man had them and I just had to reassure him that everything was gonna be alright. Same with you everything is gonna be alright. It will pass. Glad to hear you only have 6 days left!!! I am so excited for you!!! Good luck in all you do!!!!!!!!!!

OMGOSH!!!!!!! 3 more days and a wake up!!! I can't believe this is our week!!:D I called the prison today to make sure he is actually going to get to leave Friday before I drive 400 plus miles Thursday and they said yes. It's almost over........I am so happy!

OK!! 2 more days and a sleepless night!!! I can't believe it is here! Tomorrow I am going to go get my hair colored and the oil changes in my car. I have laundry to do. I am going to pack everything up for the twins, they are staying with my niece. Pack everything for my husband and me. Thursday I have to work all day but as soon as I'm off, I am taking the twins to the sitter and back home to pack up everything that's ready to go and I am OFF! I need to stop in a nearby city which has a Mall so I can pick up a couple of things. It will probably be midnight before I arrive at the Hotel. So I will be up most of the night I am sure unpacking and getting things ready. I am going to have rose pedals all over the bed and floor. Champaign chilling and candles everywhere. Plus I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Don't think I should post it on here. hehehe
He told me he would drop me off to set things up and go to Wal-Mart to shop for a little bit. :) We are going to have the most wonderful time for 4 days! I can hardly wait. I am overjoyed, I don't know what to do with myself!:D :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :hifive:

Hello Everyone! We are home and the week is flying by. I am still having a hard time believing he is home. We had a wonderful time at the Fall creek Falls Park. At first it was a little weird but now it's just like he didn't leave at all. He is out job hunting right now. He just called me and told me he went into where he was working before he got locked up and the girls in the office were so happy to see him. He said, Honey they were glad to see me like you were glad to see me. It really made him feel good.
Anyways, we are happy as can be and life is good again. I am going to post more details in the Now that your loved one is home forum so you guys can go there and read it.
Thank you for counting down with me and I hope everyone's homecoming is as good as mine. It feels wonderful!!!!
