Well today my fiancee got sentences to go to state prison, something the judge said 6 years do 3- non violent crime, I want to know what is next for him I new to this and read alot of stuff that goes on, I do know he goes to diagnostic, but when? does it take along time for them to go pick him up, then after that they send him somewhere else? attorney said he might be given boot camp do to his age, and later released on parole, but it all depends, i'm really confused please someone help me?

He can wait up to 6 months to a year to go to dianostics! My honey waited 4 months! He may stay at Jackson or wherever he is sent for diagnotics but theres no guarantee! It's all up to the system, my honey is in Jackson right now! I miss him so much and it sucks because in dianostics they are not allowed visitors for like a month or 2! I hope I helped you out!!
