Does anyone know the extension number for the counselor on B yard? I need to speak with my husband's counselor, but can't get an operator on the phone to transfer me. I've been trying since yesterday afternoon. Thanks!

Will the operator just refuse to transfer you? Or they won't give you the extension? Pm me if you want, I had this problem a while back too.

I got transferred by the operator, and actually got him on the phone. I think his name is Mandel, or something similar, and his extension is 6385 if anyone else ever needs it. He wasn't exactly rude, but he wasn't pleasant either, and of course wasn't helpful.

Thanks for the information Stephanie. I wanted to ask you when your Husband transferred to SVSP did you have any problems visiting him or did you reapply? I reason I'm asking because I called and they told me that I needed to reapply for visits.
