Does anyone know anything about CA.'s Mommy and Me program ? My daughter gave birth to a boy on 4/28, at first the program denied her because she is a violent felon. But she appealed to Sacramento and won. I am trying to find out anything and everything I can about the program, any info at all would be welcome. Thanks
