Do any of ya'll know what phone company all the prisons in alabama use? Please tell me its not the same as jefferson county! Correctional Billing Services. They have me blocked till i get my next phone bill and pay it. Thats almost a month away! Kilby? Ventress? Limestone? Bullock? :shrug:

T-Netix which is owned by Correctional Billing Services...and it is State wide...

CBS bought T-Netix quite some time ago, but T-Netix has mostly - not completely but mostly - still been operating separately as far as the accounts stuff goes. However, I don't know what's happening with brand new accounts. But because they're still operating mostly separately, you MIGHT be able to get access via T-Netix without your CBS account affecting it. Fingers crossed for you...
