Any one gone thought ET here in arizona??? i got 7 yrs for 2 agg duis in 2003,will come to 50% in 6/06,no violations,good terms with PO. SHall i get a lawyer(the clowns want 2-2.5K) or just petition it myself?? TY:)

Have you talked to your PO? I know some of them aren't helpful, but some are and might want to help. I would suggest petitioning yourself since you've had good behavior and no violations. As long as you have grounds to stand upon, the court should definately consider it. You will also want to talk to your PO, because if they think that you deserve eary termination, they have the ability to sway the judge. You deifnately want to try and get your PO on your side.

Yeah, they seem to like to treat EVERYONE like trash. But, like I said, having a PO on your side can help greatly.

Ya some deserve to be treated like trash,and they know who they are...;)
