It's absolutly horrible - I have just seen on a webpage - that my friend has got a date.

I can't believe it and keep on thinking that it must be a mistake.

Just to clear everything up - this is not my boyfriend - hopefully my boyfriend will walk free one day - he's "only" on his 2nd appeal - and I hope more than anything the he will be successful with his appeals!

Tim is a very good friend of my boyfriend's and a man I have visited with - he's a wonderful person - and does not deserve to die.

I am truly sorry. I have similar situation. My friend got his date this Monday. I havent still reach him, but I heard this from a friend. This is something horrible and breaking my heart, but we all must keep hope up. I will keep you and your friend on my thoughts too. Stay strong! Hugs and love!! Noora

I have been following this closely and I really believe the refusal of physicians to take part in state killing and the acceptance that the current lethal injections are most likely cruel and unusual punishment signals a death blow to capital punishment in America. I hope!
