Call 530-251-5100. Listen to the list of options. It will then tell you about "inmate records" & such. You want to follow that, then keep listening, you'll get through to a conselor! :thumbsup:

Sorry!! I read your post wrong! I thought your man was in HDSP. Sorry!!! I dunno about CCC.

Dial the CCC Main Number- (530)-257-2181

Then press option 5 for Program Services, Education, and Inmate Records (to speak with an inmate's counselor). :thumbsup:

Then you just give them the inmates name and CDC# and they will transfer you over to his counselor.

Thanks every1. I tried calling the main #. They said i have to call on thurs & fri extension 4119 but all that is is a stupid recording. I need a live person. lol. Do I ask for the visiting seargent? anyone know the extension?

Ask for Records, that usually gets you to a human, then explain to the records clerk that you actually need a human in visiting...good luck.

From my experience you can only get a live person on Thursday afternoons. 1:00 to 5:00 I think....
