My man was sentenced to CRC Norco and after over 6 weeks at High Desert is on his way to CRC. We just found out that if you have a duel number CRC is refusing to keep you. I understand that you can get a number off the paperwork sent to CRC? Anybody know where I can start? He is being transported today! PLEASE HELP!

I've never heard of a Duel number. Does that mean he has Federal number as well asa CDC? If there is number on the paperwork, he should have access to it when they move him. And if CRC refuses him, where would he go? Back to reception?
I sure hope someone comes along with info I don't have, cuz now I'm curious and my husband isn't home to ask!!

He was in prison before and his CDC number started with a T. When he got sentenced to Norco they gave him a number that started with an N.
I am told you need a N number to go to Norco. I don't know where he will go if Norco refuses him, but I do know if they do he will be doing 3 years instead of 10 months at Norco. I called the public defenders office, the court clerk and a judges clerk - all didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I am calling Norco next.
