I have wonderful news everyone. I finally heard from Trent last night. He got the letter i mailed him monday and since he talked to his counselor monday he has been worried sick that he was gonna lose me again. He explained to me what the deal is with his visiting list. The one female on his list is his aunt, who brings his daughter to see him. That is the only way he has to see his daughter. If i only would have known that....and he told me they dont consider aunts immediate family. So i have calmed down about the visiting list thing. And i found out what minimum facility he is going to be transferred to. He is going to Jess Dunn Correctional Center in either late august or early september. So much for giving my opinion on his 3 choices...that was not one of my 3 choices i told him to put down...lol. But still that is only a little over an hour away from me....so i will still get to go see him. And he has promised me that as soon as he gets there he will get me on his list. And it was just by shear coincidence that he got thru last night cause i wasnt expecting him to call til friday. I am thinking the storming we had here last night caused our isp problems cause normally my computer is online 24/7 unless i disconnect it. Is there anything that anyone can tell me about Jess Dunn? I kinda want to know what to expect. Thanks everyone! :)

I'm glad you finally heard something! And thanks for sharing because I'm sure this will encourage a lot of our other members who are having uncertainty and endless waiting. It's terribly stressful when something like this happens, but so wonderful to see that there was an innocent explanation for it. Hugs!

Its good that you heard something from him...I know you have been stressed over this....

Maybe he could talk to his counselor....since his aunt is the one who brings his son, maybe an exception could be made and in this case she should be considered as immediate family? It won't hurt for him to try!!!

Tammy I am so glad that you finally heard from him and that things are straightened out I think you should be able to get a special concideration since she is family and she brings his child to see him call and calmly talk to his case manager and if that doesnt work call the chaplin where he is at they will help in those cases alot of the time. you chould also be able to find out from the director of the region he is in I belive you said he is in JH that would make it central region. There is some nice ones at that office just keep calm and friendly when you call they have always responded respectfully to me. And trust me I talk to the regularly
