I am waiting to be senteced, I noticed that they offered better education programs in Ottisville, then Raybrook. I heard you could put some kind of request on where you would go. I know its just a request. But does any one know which would be the better of the two?

otisville. Its a better facility all around when it comes to counselors and inmate and visits are ok

Isn't Otisville a state facility and Raybrook a Federal facility?
