nice to haveanother regional forum!

Im glad there is a California forum now!! My boyfriend is in County jail for a year. There really doesnt seem to be much info out there relating to the conditions in the county jails, but its pretty bad. Maybe not as bad as some big prisons, but still bad enough where its inhumane treatment. Any ideas or links to info on County jails would be greatly appreciated!!!
