Fullerton man among L.A. jail guards arrested

A Fullerton man was among four federal officers arrested Thursday on charges of accepting cash bribes to give cell phones and cigarettes to inmates, officials said.
Anthony Robuffo, 39, of Fullerton was indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of bribery and two counts of providing contraband to an inmate. He was a corrections officer at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles and had worked for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons for three years.
