Hey everyone I need everyones advice, links and songs relating to the subject of abuse ect so on.
My 3rd boy is putting together a Power Point Video including songs information pictures poems whatever he can develop and find that that focuses on the subject. This is a school project and he has narrowed his area to the child abuse and at the end of it it will be the start of domestic violance or the breaking of a cycle
I know this is a tough subject and so thats why I am comming here to see what everyone says and thinks.
Hes 16 and a good hearted christian and wants to really touch you when you see and here it.
Some of the songs he has is
"Which way to pray" "Concrete Angel" "Little Girl" & "Independance Day" He's toying with "Mockingbird" the music no words...........Any input would be great

How about that song by Suzanne Vega from the '80s called "Luka". It's in first person and is "sung" by a boy who is is abused. She wrote it about a kid who lived in her apartment building... It's a really pretty song. Also "Disarm" by Smashing Pumpkins... Good luck with your project!
