I saw someone on here post that they are doing Medifast... who was it??? if you see this, can you PM me. I just ordered it, I paid $280 for 20 boxes of the dutch chocolate shakes. I work out daily on the treadmill, But I am on a mission to lose weight. My husband tells me not to, but I need to, I can feel it. ANyways, if anyone is doing it can you fill me in. I shoudl be receiving the package anyday now.:)

It was not me whp posted originally, but, I did it last year and DID lose 35 pounds over 6 months. It works! BUT, as with everything, you have to team it with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

I just made a conscious decision that I paid good money for the MediFast, so, I was going to MAKE it work. My "cheat days" were my days of eating out of the vending machines at visiting, and even then, I still made good choices while I was there.
