2 and a half years ago, I felt like this day was never going to get here...but now I am counting down the days until my husband is home. 100 days and counting until May 13, 2006!

This time has been life changing, for me, my son and my husband. I have gotten married, relocated to Georgia from Northern Virginia, and am oh so ready to begin this new life with my family...and I am very, very happy!

Thank you all for always being there for me through my daily dramas....you all are so awesome! A wonderful bunch of women (and men :) )

So here we go....

Yes, its fun...but oh so expensive! Mens clothes are wayyyyyyy more expensive than ours girl. I can go to the store and come out with an outfit for $50...him? No way!!!! I will be glad when he gets a job!!!!!!! LOL

They had some nice Enyce jeans and shirts and a Ecko outfit I just had to get. After I get those items out, I am done. The only thing left is his shoes, socks, underwear and t-shirts. So I am doing pretty good...I am glad I started shopping sooner than later or he would really be naked!

Ohhh this is so exciting! I started working out on Monday and yesterday my sister and I walked 2 frickin miles and then did about 30 min of ab work...my arms and stomach are so sore, but I am not quitting. I told my husband I gotta get myself into some kind of shape...I refuse to let him twist me all up like a pretzel....I gotta have my game tight so I can hang with his freaky behind! LOL I have 30 pounds I need to get rid of, I dont know if I can do it in 2 months, but I am going to give it the old college try! :D

68 days! I had a wonderful visit with my husband yesterday :D He was so happy and animated, just excited that he is almost home! We smiled so much, I am surprised our faces werent stuck by the end of the visit! LOL We took a picture, but I dont have a scanner at home, so I used my digital camera to take a picture of it, didnt come out too good, but I am attaching it anyway....On the way to go see him, the sun was coming up and it looked so pretty I had to take a picture of that too! The workouts are going good. Still walking 2 miles a day and 30 min of ab work. I have lost 8 pounds. When I saw my husband yesterday, he looked at me and was like, damn you look good baby....See I never had a problem with my hips or butt (he loves that) but I have always hated my stomach, the lower portion....the walking and ab work is really helping though, because it is tightening up and he definitely noticed :D

68 more days! It will be here before you know it. Hang in there. Also congratualtions for sticking to a exercise routine. I had all good intentions of sticking to you....well that lasted a week. Sure would like to firm up a bit for my hubby. :D

My husband called me last night and he sounds so happy on the phone now....I noticed that when he talks about the house and the car, he has started to say "our" for example....he said "Make sure you get the oil changed on "our" car before you come on Saturday, I know its about due"....and "I dont want anyone coming to "our" house for a minute once I come home, so don't be inviting anyone over." I was so tickled by that. When I mentioned it to him, he just laughed and said before it was hard for him to recognize that it was ours....but now he can see the light! Are there any places you can go where you can do any layaways? That is what saved me! I started a few months ago and was able to get him about 20 outfits....still working on the shoes though....and I have to get him underwear, socks, t-shirts, a toothbrush, etc. Try TJMax or Marshalls...you should be able to do layaway there.....:thumbsup:

Ok, is it just me, or is anyone else with a husband/boyfriend going home suddenly "remembering" all the bull*ish they were doing before they got locked up? Well I am back from my visit and grocery shopping...and I am soooooooo tired! My husband is so funny, he had me in stitches the whole visit. Well I am up and not sure if I should go visit. There are tornadoes all up and down Atlanta and moving south which is exactly where I have to drive....I guess I will decide in the next couple of hours (the drive is 3 hrs and I need to leave by 12 if I am going)...so we shall see....

Well I am back from my visit and it was so wonderful...my mother in law came with me so it was good for him to see his mother......I have April 23rd to visit, then April 29th and he comes home May 13!

I am so anxious, excited, emotional....all in one!

The workouts are going good...as of today I have lost 20 pounds - I dont work out everyday like I did at first...more like 4 times a week, but I just cut down on my portions and it has worked. My husband and I are joining the gym when he comes home, so the other 15 I want to lose will come off then!

I am stressed to no end :slap: . I have been searching all over for some damn Stealth Jordan 20's for my husband and the only place that has them is charging $235!!!!!!! :faint: Now when they were selling them in footlocker, they were $175....why didnt I just get them then????? That would have been too much like right! So now I have to readjust some crap around to get them.....but we are super women right? I swear, if I have to drop 2 bills, I am not buying a damn thing else for this man....and this time is creepin up on me too soon! Lord! I am also bidding on a pair from E-bay....right now I am the winning bid at $100, so please pray that no one outbids me so I can save some money in this camp!:banghead:

Teens are almost here!!

its almost midnight, so I will post this a bit early...

But as of Sunday its 19 and a wake up!

My husband has TWO more Saturdays left before he comes home! April 29th and May 6th....then that next Saturday (May 13th) he is HOME!!!!!!!!

I am going on a visit tomorrow....I need some kisses! LOL
