Hey ya'll! I got a question for who ever can answer it.
My fiance has asked me to find out from someone I knew
who might have paroled out or had a loved one parole out. He still has a while before he can he is just inquisitive. I emailed the parole board and am waiting for an answer. So I figured I would turn to some of my
fellow PTOers. When the inmate goes up for parole does the parole board look at the whole crime (the part that they are not charged with) or do they look at the part the inmate is charged with? If any of ya'll can help please let me know or pm me. Thanks...James'Girl

If I am not mistaken, the main thing they look at is how he has done since he has been incarcerated. How many times he has been wrote up, Is he responding to his classes, does he seem to pose a threat of relapsing things like that. I am sure they look at the nature of the crime but I do not know if they look at everything suroounding the charges or not. Wished I could help you a little more!
