Hi guys Im back from my family visit at Centinela!!!! It was the best time ever. It was a lilttle ghetto but I think me and my husbad didnt even care just because we were just happy that we were in eachothers arms without worrying about a C.O....I got there Saturday and left Monday. If any of you ladies have questions about that family visit im more then happy to answer them for you..I just thought i would sahre my weekend with you..Thanks to everyone that helped me with getting my stuff together to go to the visit. I cant wait to go back. I miss him soo much. Oh yeah and FYI DO NOT ORDER MEAT FROM THE GROCERIES OUR PORK CHOPS WERE BAD!!!!

im so glad to hear that you had a great visit! i know it helps your honey and you. when i visit and its good it helps to deal with him being gone even thou mine are not over night. but just to see him and talk to him in person is great.

I so agree. We got to talk about a lot of things and it helped us out a lot. We kept misunderstanding things in letters and taking things the wrong way so when we had the chance to talk face to face in eachothers arms it was the best thing ever.

Wow, except for the pork chops it sounds like total heaven.. forget all the good stuff, ;) just talking without a CO hovering overhead must be heaven!!

You guys are too funny...well the "ghetto" of it was that the furniture was all messed up..the pans look all nasty...I guess you will have too just see. Me and My husband though we didnt even really care we were just "occupied"..lol the place is ok though I can honestly say that i expexted worse.
It took me about 4 months until we actually got are visit date. Im just so excited that i cant wait until the next one. If you guys have any more ????? hit me up...oh yeah let me worn you guys about "count" they doo that shit every 3-4 hours at night and that phone is super loud i wanted to throw that shit out the door...lol your husband has to get dressed and go outside the c.o.'s pass by in a little go-cart and get his cdc# so be prepared for the "phone"...lol alright ladies talk to you later....

Can you take in your own sheets?Is it one room or like an apartment? And how many visits are going on at the same time? And do you have a yard to go outside and is it shared? Im trippin, I accidently did those post up there sorry. Anyway about the phone you cant move it around it stuck on the wall. Picture the house like a 2 bedroom duplex. Its a pretty big size. Theres like four right next to eachother. Everyone one of them has there OWN front yard with a bench ;) ..lol I dont know if you wanna do all that though there is a tower near by with a c.o. in it 24-7. You cant take your own sheets believe me I been asked that...lol It all depneds on how many people visit when I went it was me and two others having family visits. You'll see when you go. I hope you have a fun and romantic visit. I cant wail until my next one...

At least a Mule Creek we had phones on the counter. I just put ours on a towel or a pillow to muffle the ring. It really does echo in that bare space! Also check underneath and make sure you have it set all the way towards quiet.

Well just dont get your family visits taking away "Soneat". Oh yea I forgot, there is a heater in there if its cold. It was freezing there and are dumb asses didnt know there was a heater in there until the C.O. told us at the end of are visit..lol. Yea thats a good idea about the phone I think next time im just going to throw a towel over it. Oh yea they only give you two towels. Little ass ones too...but im telling you everything wont matter...it didnt for me...
