View Full Version : Is this true? Bill for execution dolphina 01-26-2006, 10:05 PM I heard from someone that when a sentance is carried out, the next of kin recieves the bill. Is this true?? crzyrussell 01-26-2006, 10:12 PM Maybe it is related to handleing the remains, if they choose to claim it. softheart 01-27-2006, 10:41 AM I have never heard of that, not being billed for the actual execution. Now if you claim the body you are responsible for the cost of the funeral. But I have never heard of anything or experienced anything other then that. softie dolphina 01-27-2006, 11:13 AM Thought it was false info... But wanted to check anyway. Thanks DaveMoff 02-10-2006, 10:57 PM At one time in Soviet Russia, the families of executed prisoners were sent a bill for the bullets used by the firing squad. This may be the origin of the story you heard. |
