My name is Annette. I am new to the site. Right now my husband is serving a 20 year sentence at Donaldson CF. It is nice to find a group of people that are going through some of the same issues. Right now I am raising two children. It is not new to me. He is a repeat offender. Or rather has got involved with the wrong people and activities which placed him in the same situation. Alabama does need to implement drug, educational assistance and employment programs to help these men and women return to society and be productive. Their history of incarceration slams a lot of doors which drives many back to easy money and crime. This is no excuse. But I have seen it happen to a lot of good people that have great potential. Thanks for listening and allowing me to join.
