I need to send a money order and I'm not really sure how to do it and since they have him in the chapel (because of overcrowding) he hasn't been able to call. When he was in the county I had to make the money orders out to the jail treasurer, how do I fill out the money order since they have sent him to Kilby?

Look the place up on the state web site and there should be a number to call.I am sure they can give you an address.Steve&kids

I Have the address and thank you I didn't think about calling they probably could tell me. I didn't know whether or not to make the money order out to Joe. I have gotten to where I don't want to communicate with any dipartments at all because the county here is so cruel and heartless when you ask anything.
